This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services and courses offered by SV3825 SKILL VEDANTH EDTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name Skill Vedanth.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
All purchases made on the Skill Vedanth platform are final, binding, and non-refundable.
By purchasing any course, program, or service, the user agrees that:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as explicitly defined under Clause 2 (Technical Failure Exception).
2. Exception – Verified Technical Failure Only
A refund may be considered only if ALL conditions below are satisfied:
- The user is completely unable to access the purchased service due to a technical failure solely attributable to Skill Vedanth systems
- The issue is not caused by user-side factors (internet, device, browser, software, or configuration issues)
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase
- The issue remains unresolved despite reasonable support efforts
Skill Vedanth reserves the sole and final authority to determine eligibility under this clause.

To qualify for any refund consideration, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of purchase via:

4. Strictly Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with course, trainer, or content
- Lack of usage, inactivity, or non-participation
- Failure to attend sessions or complete coursework
- Personal, financial, or time constraints
- Misinterpretation of course offerings (all details are provided before purchase)
- Partial or full consumption of course content
- User-side technical issues
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
5. No Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By completing a purchase, the user agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute except as permitted under this policy.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:
- User access will be immediately suspended or terminated
- The user will be liable for the full disputed amount, including penalties, legal, and administrative costs
- Skill Vedanth reserves the right to recover dues through legal action
- The user may be permanently blacklisted from services
Any unjustified chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract.
6. Access Revocation Upon Refund
If a refund is approved:
- Access to LMS, course materials, and services will be immediately revoked
- Any continued access or usage will be treated as unauthorized and legally actionable
7. Refund Processing (If Approved)
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Amount will be refunded via the original payment method only
- Applicable payment gateway or processing charges may be deducted
8. Fraud & Misuse Protection
Any attempt to:
- Falsely claim technical issues
- Abuse refund policies
- Misuse platform services
will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent access restriction
- Legal action under applicable laws
9. Auto-Binding Digital Acceptance
By clicking “Enroll Now,” “Buy Now,” “Proceed to Payment,” or similar actions, the user:
- Enters into a legally binding agreement with Skill Vedanth
- Confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy and all related terms
- Acknowledges that such acceptance is legally equivalent to a physical signature
Failure to read the policy does not exempt the user from compliance.
10. Digital Consent & Evidence
Skill Vedanth may store:
- User acceptance timestamps
- IP address and device details
- Transaction and usage logs
These records shall serve as valid legal evidence in case of disputes.
11. Final Authority
Skill Vedanth reserves the absolute and final right to:
- Approve or reject any request
- Interpret policy terms
- Request supporting proof
All decisions shall be final and binding.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
